If you have the knowledge to undertake and manage your own project, we can provide a cost-effective solution to assist with your planning and building regulations applications.

  • Site measure & Survey
  • Advise of other surveys & reports that may be required to form full submissions
  • Advise of all design and applications fees
  • Advise if planning is required or permitted development rights can be adopted
  • Produce indicative design/sketch proposals
  • Provide estimated costings/budgets
  • Prepare and submit planning application on your behalf
  • prepare and submit construction drawings for building control applications

If you have limited experience with construction projects or simply would like some guidance through the process for added peace of mind, we can tailor make a package which suits your requirements

  • Co-ordinate wider design teams (Structural engineers, landscape architects etc) acting as principal designers
